Thanks to the combination of Technis and MyTraffic data, we have a much better understanding of our customers' behavior as well as the external flows around our stores. We have also introduced a new key metric: the capture rate, which allows us to measure the proportion of visitors present in the area who actually enter the store. Finally, we can now precisely measure the impact of our events or marketing campaigns on actual store traffic.
